IAB Arcade Tenants
Located on the Interior Arts Building's ground floor, the IAB Arcade provides top-tier interior brands and antique dealers the opportunity to live amongst legends.
The IAB Arcade features 10 booths or vignettes on the ground floor, to be leased individually by high-end brands, vendors, and dealers for a one-year term, providing them with the opportunity to have a footprint in New York’s premier boutique design building. Dealers will tap into the community and clientele of the industry’s very best as well as leverage the collective strength of multiple top dealers in a shared space, driving traffic, awareness, and sales results. The format of the “booths” or “stalls” is a familiar model within the design industry, similar to The Winter Show in New York, Antiques & Artisan in Stamford, CT, or The Gallery at 200 Lex. The space is managed by a full-time experienced showroom manager who greets designers and facilitates sales and operations.
